Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn and unused

• Shoes must be unmodified with nothing installed in or on the shoes

• Products must be in original packaging and condition

• Shoe boxes may not be damaged, taped, or used as a shipping box

• All original accessories, inserts, and packaging must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Clearance items

• Promotional or discounted items marked final sale

• Customized, personalized, or special-order products

• Worn or damaged merchandise

• Products returned without original packaging

• Gift cards

• International orders unless otherwise required by law

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at Joseph Danitti’s discretion.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

• The incorrect item was shipped, or

• The item arrived damaged or defective

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Joseph Danitti is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

Joseph Danitti reserves the right to request photographs, documentation, or return inspection before approving a replacement or refund.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper sizing, accidental damage, exposure to moisture, improper care, or natural material variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or denial of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Please allow:

• 3–7 business days for inspection and processing

• Additional time for the financial institution to post the refund

Joseph Danitti reserves the right to issue partial refunds for returned items that are damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in original condition.

Customers agree to contact Joseph Danitti directly to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and order records.

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may be subject to:

• Return shipping fees

• Restocking fees

• Deductions from the final refund amount

Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return process outlined in this policy.

Joseph Danitti reserves the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, or other operational reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joseph Danitti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

Joseph Danitti reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
