• Inventory inaccuracies

• Payment verification issues

• Shipping restrictions

• Pricing errors

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Joseph Danitti is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Joseph Danitti is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect addresses

• Lost shipments due to incorrect information

• Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

Tracking information may be provided once the order ships.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging secure receipt of packages.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Joseph Danitti is not responsible for:

• Lost packages marked as delivered

• Stolen packages

• Carrier-related delays

• Delivery errors caused by carriers

Customers experiencing shipping issues should contact the shipping carrier directly first.

At our discretion, we may assist with carrier claims or investigations where appropriate.

Customers must report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.

Please retain:

• Original packaging

• Shipping materials

• Product contents

Joseph Danitti may request photographs or additional documentation before approving claims.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Joseph Danitti currently ships only within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping and do not accept orders for delivery outside of the United States.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the United States may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Packages refused by the customer or undeliverable due to customer error may be subject to:

• Return shipping fees

• Carrier penalties

• Restocking fees

• Deductions from any refund amount

Joseph Danitti reserves the right to ship orders in multiple packages when necessary due to inventory availability, operational logistics, or carrier limitations.
